The Bahamas is a beautiful part of the world that has a lot of beautiful beaches. We were there in February one year and it wasn't hard to find empty beaches.
We stayed at a resort near Freeport, but it was just a short drive to these beautiful beaches.
We also swam with dolphins and saw some other animals, both at a wildlife show and in the wild.
It was fun to see locals fishing in the ocean. They didn't catch anything while we were there.
I appreciate travel stories that include both popular attractions and simple local moments. Your experience in the Bahamas had both, from swimming with dolphins to watching people fish in the ocean.
